Are they positive and make you feel powerful or are they all judgemental and make you feel shame and blame?
My internal self talk and mental chatter just goes on and on. While I am writing this, I’m thinking – did I forget to close the cupboard door and …what will the ladies think of this article….
Sometimes I feel that the maximum conversations I have are with myself!
Self talk is the most powerful of all conversations we have
It’s taken me years to stop the self blaming and shaming self talk ( example : “I’m not good enough, It’s not my fault. I never get a break, What will happen if I fail?”… and so on) and replace it with compassion and empathy.
So, if the maximum number of conversations are with yourself, I hope that you will make them the most **interesting, powerful and positive conversations filled with energy and love. **
