This program is for employees who have some experience in the workplace. At the end of this program, they will be able to apply the finer nuances from communicating with seniors, subordinates and peers to having managing high stakes conversations.

They do this by understanding their communication style and how to flex their style to achieve their desired outcome.

Real time scenarios are used for practise so the practical application leads to immediate learning.

This program is designed for sales people who have 5+years sales experience.

The program starts with exploration of how to have a sales mindset. Through the program, participants learn about the sales process, how to ask artful questions while listening intently to prevent objections.

Participants will also learn how to build and nurture connections with the customer.

Sales Power Factor

This program is designed for people with 0 to 5 years’ experience.

This program explores the sales process and helps the sales person focus on the sales outcomes to make their interactions productive and professional.

They learn about how to pitch to customers in their own authentic style. Learning is through discussions, games, roles pays and other experiential activities.
