Procrastination may not always be a deadly sin. There are some situations in life where procrastination helps you make a better and wise decision. Speaking as a woman, there have been many times when procrastination has served me well.
In my years as a manager, facilitator, trainer, woman, human being one of the interesting behaviours I have witnessed, is our ability to find and assign blame whether on ourselves or others when things or don’t work out.
We have made these videos to celebrate the success of women who have influenced and inspired us. The theme this year is Choos to Challenge and we want to share stories of women who choose to challenge gender stereotypes, break the glass ceiling and inspire others to act.
