Procrastination isn’t a deadly sin…

Procrastination may not always be a deadly sin. There are some situations in life where procrastination helps you make a better and wise decision. Speaking as a woman, there have been many times when procrastination has served me well. Whether it was an emotionally charged situation, being creative, identifying the important things in my life. I learnt that if it is intentional and I am consciously aware then it is okay for me.

And when it doesn’t serve us in achieving desired outcomes, what shall we do?

James Clear in his book Atomic Habits addresses this beautifully. He talks about how to build good habits and break bad habits so we procrastinate less. And the secret to that is examining your system
