Any behaviour can change once we have some awareness and, next step – want to make a change…
…once we can answer the question – WHY do I need to change this?
And really, really think about the ‘why’ . My own experience and while training and coaching people has led me to this very profound conclusion.
It can’t be because someone else wants me to. For the simple reason we will go back to it for sure.
It can’t be because someone else is doing it. we will stop after few days, weeks or months.
Some questions that help us find our WHY

I used (and still use coz I’m a work in progress) these 3 steps to change many behaviours that were not helping me and I hope it helps you.
Ask yourself
Step 1
What will happen if I continue doing this?
And then what will happen?
And then?
And then?
Keep going until you have exhausted all possibilities.
Step 2
Then ask yourself:
What will happen if I stop doing this?
And then what will happen?
And then?
And then?
… and keep asking yourself until you have exhausted all possibilities
Step 3
What do I need to do going forward?
How will I know I have been successful?
