Empathy (Samvedna) the best thing you can do for yourself. The best gift you can give to yourself and people in your life. I thought I practised it as a coach and trainer. It was only in the last 2 years which had so many losses and grief, life pushed me to a place of self reflection and awareness and finally empathy.
Why did it happen? Why does this happen to me? Why did you do that? Why are you late? Why am I always making wrong decisions? Why are people speaking to me like that? We hear this word 'Why' all the time.
